The Visit of Malaysia Miri Project End User Delegation

On November 15-16, Yii Soon, Senior Project Manager of Petros Power Sdn Bhd, the owner of the Miri project in Malaysia, Zhang Rui, Chief Engineer of B&V, the owner's engineering and technical consultant, and Shang Heng, Miri Project Manager of EPC Sinohydro, visited MHI Power Dongfang Boiler Co.,Ltd(MHDB). Du Yunhua, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of MHDB, attended the meeting. During the meeting, MHDB gave a detailed introduction to the company's basic information, technical scheme and delivery plans for the Miri project which are of concern to the owners. After the meeting, the owner's delegation went deep into the workshop to conduct on-site inspections and understanding of the entire process of waste heat boiler production and processing, including welding, assembly, quality control, and packaging and shipping.

It is reported that the Miri project is the first gas-fired combined cycle power plant invested and constructed by Petros Power Sdn Bhd. The project construction officially started on November 8th. Based on this project, the owner's delegation conducted in-depth visits to major equipment manufacturers. During their visit to MHDB, the owner delegation had a comprehensive understanding of the company's overall situation and fully recognized its comprehensive strength, enhancing the confidence of both parties in cooperation and laying the foundation for the smooth execution of the Miri project and potential future project cooperation.
