Contract of HRSG for Miri, Malaysia successfully signed!

On October.22nd, 2024, Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd/ MHI Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd, along with PowerChina International Group Limited, and Sinohydro Engineering Bureau 8 Co., Ltd, held a signing ceremony for the purchase contract of HRSG equipment for the Malaysia Miri 1 × 500MW gas turbine power plant project in Chengdu, Sichuan. Yuan Haixin, General Manager of Supply Chain/Mineral Business Unit of China Power Construction International Engineering Co., Ltd, Zhang Fei, Deputy General Manager of Sinohydro Engineering Bureau 8 Co., Ltd, Li Xujie, Chief Accountant of Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd, Chairman of the board of MHI Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd, and Du Yunhua, Assistant General Manager of Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd&General Manager of MHI Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd, attended the signing ceremony together.

The Malaysia Miri Gas Power Plant project signed this time is the first export project equipped with the M701F5 class HRSG. The completion of this project will help Malaysia achieve sustainable economic and social development.
