MHl Power Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd. (MHDB) is a Sino-Japanese joint venture, which was invested and established by Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd. (DBC, 50% of the shares ), Mitsubishi Power Ltd. (MPW, 45% of the shares) and Itochu Corporation (ITC,5% of the shares)in July, 1996. The total investment of MHDB is 28.25 million US dollars and the registered capital is 26.45 million US dollars. MHDB is now located at No.1267, Chenggong Road, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China.

Dongfang Lingri Boiler Co., Ltd. (MHDB) has introduced a full set of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) gas-steam combined cycle waste heat boiler technology. After years of development, the company has fully acquired the ability to design, manufacture, purchase and provide services for various types of gas-steam combined cycle waste heat boilers. It can be designed with single pressure, double pressure or triple pressure, reheat or without reheat, horizontal or vertical, and can adapt to different series and models of gas turbines from different manufacturers such as MHI, GE, SIEMENS, ANSALDO, and has a large number of supporting performances; from the fuel point of view, it can design waste heat boilers that adapt to different fuels, such as natural gas, coal seam, blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, diesel, oil (heavy oil), etc.; it can also provide denitrification systems, bypass chimneys, supplementary combustion systems, etc. according to project needs, and its products are widely radiated at home and abroad.
