MHl Power Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd. (MHDB) is a Sino-Japanese joint venture ,which was invested and established by Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd. (DBC, 50% of the shares ), Mitsubishi Power Ltd. (Mitsubishi Power,45% of the shares) and Itochu Corporation (ITC,5% of the shares)in July,1996. The total investment of MHDB is 28.25 million US dollars and the registered capital is 26.45 million US dollars. MHDB is now located at No.1267, Chenggong Road, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China.

01 History: Birth of the Company.

MHDB changed its name from Babcock-Hitachi Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd. (BHDB) to MHPS Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd. (MHDB) in March 2015 since Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, Ltd. (MHPS) was established after Hitachi, Ltd. merged with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.(MHI) in the thermal power generation systems field in February 2014. Then, Babcock Hitachi K.K(BHK) became a subsidiary of MHPS. In September 2020, MHPS became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and announced to change its name to Mitsubishi Power, Ltd.

03 Technological Innovation: Committed to continuous improvement and encouraging creativity, experimentation, and collaboration at every level.

MHDB can provide HRSGs for 9H(or J)/9F/9E class GTs and distributed energy systems, and supply Waste to Energy Boilers for different types of grates with a capacity of 200t/d and above. The Chemical Waste Incineration Boiler and Medical Waste The incineration Boiler supplied by MHDB has been successfully put into operation for years. MHDB also has (ultra)supercritical Benson once-through coal-fired boiler technology, Low NOx NR combustion system technology, can provide technical support for design, manufacture, inspection, and test service for 350MW/600MW /1000MW Benson once-through coal-fired boiler, 200MW and below natural circulation drum boiler, and special boiler.
